dns : cannot disconnect

hello

i have a big problem. I cannot disconnect to the dns server !!

when i go to 192.168.1.1 (my user interface) and then to application, i cannot turn off the swisscom's DNS. I get an error in red color: the service cannot connect to DNS server. then i refresh the page and the swisscom's DNS application is still on    :,(

@AlexAndIneke what applications on the router ? You mean  dynamic DNS service ?
