Fixed line - Davos HD handset - digital hash audio

Hints on how to clear an issue with digital “hash” on the audio when using a Davos HD handset?   Don’t use it very often, the audio was fine until recently.  

Did two Factory Resets via the handset, reconnected to the Routervfine, but problem remains.  

Any ideas appreciated.

Disconnect the device from the Internet box via the device setting. If this does not work, you can also restart or reset the Internet box.

Thanks - I’d already tried the Device Disconnect with no effect.  I’ll cycle the router later tonight and will let you know.
