Import phone book

  • Using the Home app, I was able to copy the contacts from my phone to the Internet-Box 2. Now this app no longer exists. Is there an alternative? I can’t find a corresponding option on the Swisscom router. This surprises me because it is possible to import and export contacts on the Sunrise box.

After switching off the Home App, importing is now offered again, but at the moment only on the My Swisscom App. See also [>this description](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Mobile/iPhon- Address book-to-Internetbox-2-%C3%BCtransfer/m-p/761810#M11959)

I don’t know whether Swisscom also plans to export these contacts, possibly via the cloud?

If you have a Gigaset HX telephone, you can first copy the contacts from the Internet box into the Gigaset telephone’s “local telephone book”. From there, the Gigaset “QuickSync” tool can export the contact information in the second step. In >this article a transfer in the opposite direction is described .
