No synchronization of Contacts

I am using (the quite disappointing) Business Communication app (22.7.16) on PC, laptop and mobile phone. Why are, for example, not Contacts being synchronized over all units?

please specify that contact apps do not synchronize correctly

for example the app for Google Contacts
Swisscom cannot say how another application will be linked to ours. In this case, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the Google Contacts app.

Hi

 

I am referring to the Contacts tab in BC which I normally update manually.

 

My question is simply; as the call history is synchronized over various units, why not also Contacts?

 

Hopefully the linked document displays the issue.
