Greetings, replies from one of my email recipients always goes to my spam folder. That person has requested that I add their address to my email "safe list". Can you please explain where I can find this safe list and how I can include emails in it? Grateful for your assistance on this. Thank you.
Spam filtering does not react to individual feedback, but rather statistically.
Unfortunately the Webmail knows the black-list, but not the white-list which would allow not to spam a specific sender.Having the name in the contacts doesn't work.
So you have to say several times that it is not spam to have an effect.
