Bluewin IMAP Error

Since yesterday, when I try and log into my Bluewin account usining Outlook (as normal), I get the following error:-

"Your IMAP Server closed the connection"

disconnecting
Protocol: IMAP
Server: imap.bluewin.ch
Port: 143
Error Code: 0x800CCCDD

Is this because I just moved abroad because, when I returned my Bluewin TV kit, I was asked if I wanted to keep my email and I said yes, because I need time to switch email addresses but was told I could keep it so did not plan?

Also, because I moved abroad, I cannot ask for a call back because the web form only accepts Swiss numbers 😞
