email address transfer from Basic to Light

    Is it possible to “disconnect” an email address from the “Basic” account to a new “Light” account?

    My son’s email address is one of the 5 addresses on the “Basic” account, I would like it to be independent on a “Light” account

      You have to go to My Swisscom in the Email section.

      Next to the email address, click on Settings.

      Scroll down to the bottom of the page to choose Transfer an email account and follow the explanations.
