If you are talking about Bluewin webmail, it is not possible to create specific redirection rules. To do this, you need to use an external email program like Thunderbird or Mail on Mac, which offer many options for this type of operation. Please note that on Swisscom webmail, only total redirections to another email address are possible.

So, if you want to forward all emails received in the future, you must carry out this operation from your customer area (MySwisscom) where the email address to be modified appears. To do this, go to your customer area, click on the “More” box or on the three small dots. This will open the option to change the email address to forward it, as shown in the screenshot.
