Hello everyone,
I currently have a subscription to “Email basics” with 3 email addresses (for my wife, my son and myself). We have decided to switch each of the addresses to Email light, however I am not sure of the procedure to follow. Will a switch to Email light of the main address (via my swisscom) automatically convert the other 2 email addresses or must a transfer be carried out first? if a transfer is necessary, how to proceed?

You must first ensure that none of the three accounts uses more than 1 GB of space for storing emails. Otherwise it cannot be converted into light e-mail without blocking the sending/receiving of messages.
Once verified, you will need to transfer/transmit the two additional email addresses by creating two new logins.

Once only the main address remains, you can change the basic e-mail subscription to light e-mail (see changing subscription in the help).
