STB-UI-10208 error when replaying recordings

Hi all,

Since last week we are having the following error: “Unfortunately, your selection can not be played at the moment. STB-UI-10208”. And system leaves whatever we are watching.

It happens with recordings but also when playing anything back in time in any channel.

Have you ever get this error? Would you have any clue?

We have rebooted the system and nothing.
