Möglicher Workaround:

Nach "Infos zur Sendung" entweder auf  "TV schauen" oder "TV Tipps" drücken. So stürtz die App nicht ab.

Funktioniert aber auch nur ein Mal und ist auch nicht Sinn der Sache...

Hallo zusammen

 

Wir haben die App getestet und konnten dieses Fehlerbild reproduzieren.

 

Damit wir dies im Detail prüfen können benötigen wir zusätzliche Angaben:

 

-         Welches iPad verwendet ihr? (Genaue Modellbezeichnung)

-         Welche iOS Version ist darauf installiert?

-         Auf welchem Netz tritt dieser Fehler auf? (WLAN oder über Mobilfunknetz)?

-         Bei welchem Schritt stürtzt die App ab? (Beispielsweise gleich beim Öffnen, wählen von TV Guide usw.)

Also Ipad2 mit 16gb ohne eigene SIM karte, iOS 7.0.2
Öffne App swisscom tv, tv Guide, Anklicken irgend einer tv Sendung, detailsinfos erscheinen. Fenster schliessen, Fenster schliesst, 1-2 Sekunden später App stürzt ab. Passiert bei mir im WLAN.

man kann ja auch Absturzberichte senden....
Zumindest in IOS 6 ging das noch.

Ja Richtig. Wurde auch regelmässig getätigt.

 

Nur nützt das wahrscheinlich nicht viel, wenn der Bericht ins Nirwana läuft...

also bei mir tritt das Problem auf mit einem iPad4, 64GB und iOS 7.02

Es passiert, wenn ich Sendungsdetails angeschaut habe und und das Infofenster wieder schliesse. Statt zu schliessen stürzt die ganze App ab...

Absturzberichte werden jedes Mal gesendet, bloss, das ändert am gegenwärtigen Problem so schnell nichts...

Die entsprechenden Netzwerk-Leute können ja selber schauen womit, wie schnell etc. etc. die Applikation verwendet wird. Habe wirklich keine Lust und Zeit hier den Tester zu machen. Gegen Entgelt oder Preisreduktion vom Abonement bin ich wieder dabei mich zu engagieren. Also macht mal vorwärts Swisscom TV ist die einzige App welche abstürzt auf dem iPad. Auch will ich keine Mails (innerhalb 2.5 Std. 9 Mails) welche mir den Briefkasten vollstopfen. Ich möchte nur ein Mail wenn das Problem behoben worden ist.

Schliesse ich mich an. Neuste iPad Generation, iOS up to date, nach dem ich Sendungsdetail angeschaut habe macht die App den Pfau.
Neu installieren nützt da gar nichts, sowieso bei Apps auf iPhone oder iPad nie die Lösung.
Da fehlt ein BUGFIX!

Swisscom TV-Air App

 

Habe es auf dem iPad Model MC984FD/A

und iPad Mini Model MD541GP/A

iOS 7.0.2

 

Über das eigene WLAN VDSL Swisscom und das iPad Mini über  Natelnetz 4G probiert und keine Probleme.

 

Es ist also kein allgemeines Problem, jetzt stellt sich die Frage warum es bei manchen fuktioniert und bei anderen nicht ?

@Walter Bürgin: Diese Frage ist wirklich gut. Auf

Model MD512GP/A (WiFi-Modell)  unter

Swisscom VDSL2 (swisscom vivo casa *****) 

funktioniert macht die Swisscom-TV-App V.4.1.2 auf jeden Fall Macken.

 

Da ich hier offensichtlich nicht der einzige bin der das Problem hat und im Forum bei weitem nicht alle Swisscom-Kunden registirert sind die ein Problem auch mit dieser App haben, kann man getrost davon ausgehen, dass die Entwickler die App zumindest prüfen müssten. Das Problem ist im Übrigen reproduzierbar - auch das nicht nur bei mir! und vielleicht ist die Frage, wo das Problem ist, dass es bei Dir funktioniert und bei ganz vielen anderen nicht..?

Einfach mal so als Denkanstoss.

Selber gehe ich auch über das ABo Swisscom vivo casa ***** .
Habe es jetzt noch mit dem iPad und iPad Mini von meiner Frau probiert, auch da keine Probleme.

Ein Versuch war noch über den Hotspot ZTE MF91D, auch hier kein Problem.

Wir haben die iPad 2012 gekauft also die Vorgänger der letzten Serie. 

Selbstverständlich kann ein Problem vorliegen das bestreite ich nicht ! :smileywink:

Habe mein (ur-)altes iPad 2 hervorgekramt:

 

Modell: MC916FD/A

iOS7.0.2

wieder über swisscom VDSL2/VivoCasa***** 

Centro Grande (2013) und

TimeCapsula (2013) (entspricht Airport Extrem 2013) > 2.4GHZ Netz und Versuch mit 5GHZ Netz

 

Resultat: auch das iPad2 crasht genau gleich wie das iPad4 (2013) wenn ich von der Detailansicht zurück auf die reine Listenansicht des TV Guide gehen will... Leider habe ich mein iPad3 weiter gegeben, weshalb ich das nicht testen kann.

 

Wie weiter oben erwähnt... Crashberichte gehen automatisch an die Entwickler zurück...
