It’s the same for me at the moment.
Seems to be a temporary problem again on the Swisscom side:smileyfrustrated:

Same for me. Both boxes are not recognized.
Wanted to operate the box with the iPad because the Bluetooth FB is not reliable.
What exactly do you mean by the remote control not working reliably?
So far I haven’t had any problems with the two TV 2.0 boxes, but it could be possible that the other Bluetooth is interfering.
Now the question is where the problem is for some users, whether Apple devices or other devices that have Bluetooth switched on are transmitting.
With the old infrared remote control I had the problem that a mirror had redirected the signal to the second TV-Box and thus caused these incorrect switching.
With Bluetooth the problem no longer exists because the signal is matched to the corresponding TV 2.0 box.
But it’s radio now and there are a lot of things in some apartments that can be disruptive now.

I asked customer service about this. They told me that with the new App 2.0 you can’t yet use your smartphone or tablet as a remote control. This function will be introduced soon.
A few days ago it worked with the iPad and iPhone, everything is probably still in the testing phase.

I told the guy on the phone that too. But he said that was impossible… that feature wasn’t available yet.
