Channel 4 HD replay crashes on my mobile

Hello. I do not have a TV set.  I watch Swisscom TV on my computer and on my mobile.  The replay function works fine on the computer; including CHANNEL 4 HD.   BUT, on the mobile app the replay function crashes on CHANNEL 4 HD.  on my mobile i see the replay symbol beside CHANNEL 4 HD.  all the shows which are possible with replay are clearly marked on CHANNEL 4 HD.  but when i start a show , with replay, on CHANNEL 4 HD, the data does not load.  it crashes and says the show is 'no longer available'.  BUT i can watch the same show on my computer on CHANNEL 4 HD.  all the replay shows on CHANNEL 4 HD crash on the mobile and only on the mobile.

 

to be clear ALL other replay channels and shows work on my mobile.  i only have this problem with CHANNEL 4 HD.

 

 

what is wrong with the replay function on the mobile app for CHANNEL 4 HD?

Hello i have a Samsung ( Android)

Dear Customer123

 

We were unable to reproduce the problem. With different Samsung devices the function replay works. Please delete the app, install it again and restart your mobile phone.

Please read my initial complaint.  The replay function does not work on my phone with CHANNEL 4 HD ONLY.

 

Replay works with ALL the other channels.

 

I uninstalled and re-installed the Swisscom TV phone app.  but i knew that would not work.

 

The problem is the same. 

 

Replay works with all channel but not CHANNEL 4 HD.

 

What is wrong with the CHANNEL 4 HD REPLAY?
