WLAN connection stops working after a couple of days

Hello

 

New TV 2.0 and Internet box. Managed to set it up fine, then within a couple of days TV box can't find Internet Box via WLAN.

 

Turned both on and off numerous times over a few days, followed the instructions on the screen, including connecting via Ethernet again and then restarting TV box. Nothing has worked.

 

Unfortunately using Ethernet is not a long term solution as the fibre outlet is far away from the TV so need to get this to work!

 

Btw internet is completely fine, using it with PC and mobile.

Until further notice, the wireless connection between the Internet box and TV2.0 Box is not supported.

Unfortunately the wifi connections from the internetbox by wifi to the tv-box doesn't work actually. 

We will inform you, when the service works.

Do you mean that there is a temporary problem or that this feature is not yet enabled?

 

I hope it is a temporary problem because the connection by wifi definitely worked for the first few days.
