Switch form Vivo Libero to DSL Infinity

Currently I'm subscribed to Vivo Libero **** and I would like to cancel TV subscription and switch to DSL Infinity 20 mbit.

I can not switch subscription in Customer Center online and staff at Swisscomshop in Basel failed to do it either.

Funny moment - trying to contact support team through web form on swisscom site brings you a nice 404 error as soon as you fill out the form and push Send button.
