DECT Montreux Phone not connecting to Wireless internet box

Hi,

 

I bought a Montreux phone a couple of weeks ago, and it connected to my Wireless Internet box real easy, and was working fine. Then, for no reason at all, it dropped the connection to the Swisscom router and now it will not re-connect. I select Settings --> Advanced Settings --> Connection, press the "+" button on the router, and it does not find it at all. I'm next to the router, so it cannot be the signal strength. I also tried a Factory Reset and to no avail.

 

Anyone have any other suggestions please?

Remove the batterie of the phone and try again.

If that still doesn't help, return the phone

Strange. Do a router reset.
If that doesn't help, do a phone reset.

Backup your contact list before !

Thanks, but as I've said, I've already done a router reset, and a phone reset, and it's not made any difference. I'll try it again later, but not hopeful.

DECT is enabled on the internet box?

Double check that in the router menu

yes, of course. it was working fine, now it simply will not connect at all. I've tried connecting from the internetbox, and pairing on the phone - and i've also tried pressing connect on the phone, and pressing + on the router. It just goes through the timeline, and does nothing.
