Unable to connect to router

  • Good morning,

    I’ve been trying to connect to my (standard) router for several days.

    to access the settings, but I still get a message telling me

    that it is not possible for me to connect to it.

    And this from my PC or my smartphone (internet or Home application).

    Would you know why?

      Have you tested the router reset, otherwise I invite you to perform this solution.

    Try doing a reset with a paper clip, but you hold it for 30 seconds, then you disconnect the power.

    You wait a good ten seconds and you reconnect the power supply.

    If that doesn’t help, call support on 0800 800 800, if they can’t do anything, they will send you a box.

    In your place, I would make a quick call to support (0800 800 800) to explain the problem to them so that they can send you a new internet box.

    Because it’s not normal for the access interface to your router to crash like this…
