Combox on Prepaid

Hi,

Does anyone know how to switch off Combox on Swisscom prepaid please?

I don't like being charged to check my voicemail.

Hello mr.ianwilson,

If you don't need this service, you can disable the Combox as follows: 

1.      enter ##004#

2.      press Call

Thanks but when I dial the number, it says Error performing request, Unknown error. Setting Erasure Failed?

Are you using an iPhone? It is is currently not possible to perform call diversion changes direclty from the device for the iPhone 5c/5s/6/6Plus iOS 9 users.
