At the moment there is a fault on Swisscom’s Combox. It is possible that callers cannot hear the Combox message, or Combox owners cannot hear messages left on the Combox. Nevertheless, Combox will still record messages. Swisscom engineers are trying to find out the cause and put the fault right. Telephone calls, text messages and Internet services are all working perfectly.
