Bills for SMS I did not send

Hello,

 

I have a big problem. I have been receiving bills for the past to months for SMS sent to numbers as 336, 987, for hundeds of Swiss Franks. The problem is that I never sent those SMS, I can't block them and I went to a Swisscom office in our city, all of this did not help. 

I am in desparate need of help, because paying 50 additional Franks for some "fishy" services I don't use, I can't afford

If you receive unwanted ringtones or pictures and your Swisscom bill is higher than expected, you may have inadvertently subscribed to a chargeable value-added service.
