Do English channels still run with audio description with your Swisscom TV 2.0? If so, have you tried to change the language by pressing "Options"? Should this not work, please let us know, if you experience the issue on your TV Box, online, or with the Swisscom TV App.
To use Swisscom TV 2.0 online you must first change your subscription to a package which includes Swisscom TV 2.0. You can change this in your customer center under "Packages". By clicking on "Change subscription" you will see all available packages to choose from. Concerning the issue with the audio description we will have a specialist check it and contact you as soon as possible.
