notice letter not delivered to WWZ during switch

WWZ my old provider for internet, TV and telephone informed me on Friday 11th Dec, that they didn't received notice letter for internet and TV, which supposed to be terminated on 30th November 2020. 

WWZ said that Swisscom had delivered them only notice letter for land line phone number. 

I've ordered entire package (TV, Internet, land line,  mobiles).

Swisscom took entire process of changing operators for all services incl. notice letter to WWZ not only for land line but also for other services. I got information about that fact during process of switching.

I request from you explanation is it true that it was not sent to WWZ or simple WWZ made false statement about not terminated service for internet and TV.
