Did I express myself incorrectly? No problem reaching my mailbox @[webmail.ch but which I don’t use](mailto:Webmail@je)
but it is to open my email [*E-Mail placeholder*](mailto: E-Mail placeholder ) from www.bluewin.ch .
A solution?
A typing error

The @ webmail.ch is not an email address. Swisscom email addresses have the extension bluemail.ch & bluewin.ch. To read Swisscom emails you must go to the webmail page directly on the bluewin.ch website or via the Customer area as indicated in my first response.
