Connection to bluewin.ch

    I can no longer connect with my email address @Bluewin.ch on

    the bluewin website. Only @Bluemail.ch is accessible but does not use this address.

      I learned that my password was obsolete, I had to create a new one.

    The @ webmail.ch is not an email address. Swisscom email addresses have the extension bluemail.ch & bluewin.ch. To read Swisscom emails you must go to the webmail page directly on the bluewin.ch website or via the Customer area as indicated in my first response.

    Following your procedure doesn’t change anything about my problem.
