Trip to US - "Telephony charge by zone"

Good morning all,

I have been during October 3 weeks in US.

During this time I have made some calls but mainly I have used Data, therefore I purchased the Data Travel 1GB World 1.

In my bill of October I am surprised to find the charge of "Telephony, Charge by Zone" - 90CHF under "Outgoing abroad". What is that? Do I need to pay to use my phone abroad??? I have already been charge for that use indeed - SMS, MMS and the Data package that I purchased. 

What is that and why am I charged? 

I have as well other charges that I don't understand: 27.20 CHF gor Incoming abroad, week rate.

but there is not chance for a customer to answer such a question like :

"..

What is that and why am I charged? ..."

so that's the reason why you need to ask billing question to the person in charge.
