Error in the online ordering of my free NATEL® data SIM card.

I received an email with a link to order my free NATEL® data SIM card / Int-ID SBL:5-304434409392, since I just signed up for Natel Infinity plus XL. I clicked on the link in the email and the following webpage opened.

I clicked on the New or Additional Contract button and the Continue button, and the following webpage opened.

 

https://www.swisscom.ch/en/residential/konfiguration.html#productId=N_NATEL%20data%20XL&campaign_id=...

 

But quickly the page was grayed over and the following message appeared in the middle of the screen.

 

Unfortunately an error has occurred.

Please try again later.

 

This has happened in several attempts made on each day, today, yesterday, and the day before yesterday.

 

Also, the following note on the first webpage above does not make much sense, so it may generate many calls to Swisscom.

 

Note:
You can only obtain the free SIM card with NATEL® infinity plus XL over this website. During the order process monthly costs of CHF 89.- will be displayed. The amount is directly credited to your NATEL® bill and need not be paid.

 

Perhaps you could change the 2nd and 3rd sentences as follows.  It may appear that you are being charged CHF 89.- per month during the order process.  In fact, there is no monthly charge.  Both the SIM card and the data service (up to 10 GBs per 12 month period) are free.

 

Also, it is surprising that Swisscom does not have a way to email website bug reports.  I searched a bit and found nothing in the various contact options.
