Sending email has stopped working

A couple of days ago my Swisscom hosted email stopped sending email from my phone and from windows live mail. Receiving email works fine. I'm using port 587 as instructed and the smtp server: smtp.<my_domain>.ch where my_domain is my company's domain, hosted by Swisscom. My email clients' configuration has worked just fine for at least a year.

A test email sent via the webmail interface (same password) works fine. It feels like there has been a configuration change on a server somewhere... anyone have any ideas what to do next? I've had no luck with Swisscom telephone support and this is becoming urgent... many thanks.

no - I've just received notification of your post via the same email address so I am sure the password is correct,

error message - there is none but I keep getting asked for the username password on smtp.<mydomain>.ch. I'm reasonably certain the pwd is correct as I get the same message if select the option to use the same credentials as incoming mail.

I can't send emails with Outlook on Windows 8.1. I can receive mails but can't send one.

I always get this message:

There's a problem sending messages from zm*****@bluewin.ch right now. Check with your provider for more info.

Morning all,

I have troubles making my Iphone4S able to send message from my mail application.

I deleted and re-installed the account several times and always it allows me to receive the messages but not to send.

When I installed the account, it automatically sets up as IMAP.

Can someone provide me with the right configuration to fix this inconvenience?
