Your explanation regarding neighbouring countries, the likely number of Swisscom customers using those App Store regions, and the possible legal or administrative work involved in activating additional countries makes sense. Of course, neither of us knows what the actual demand in Türkiye is or what criteria Swisscom uses internally, but I can understand why the company may prioritise some countries over others.
My intention was simply to make sure the request could reach Swisscom rather than to suggest that the Turkish store should necessarily be activated for one individual customer.
Thanks to another member here, I have now found an official Swisscom email address for residential customers and have submitted the request there. I do not have particularly high expectations, but at least the feedback has now been sent through an official written channel.
For my own use, I also have enough practical alternatives now, including using an Apple account/storefront from one of the supported European countries when necessary. Since My Swisscom is not an app I need to open constantly, this is an acceptable solution for me.
