I try to change my current mobile subscription into a prepaid, and maintain my phone number. So I select a prepaid subscription on the webpage, select 'no device' and then 'keep my number' and enter my number. The result is: "We have noticed that you still have an open order with us. Once this is complete, you can recommence the process." Now I don't have a clue what order I have open with Swisscom, nor does calling the helpline help - they don't know either? This is like this now for a week. Any suggestions?
