Swisscom TV not working

Tried my Swisscom box this evening and nothing is working. Does not connect to my WLAN.

reset/reboot the TV-Box and also the Internet-Box (router)

Thanks. I reset the internet and the tv box. Still no luck.

@Thoyaupie12 The new TV-Box 5 has a button at the bottom labeled +. Please press it, this is the so-called WPS button with which you can connect to the Internet. The others also have such a button, you would have to look where it is.

I have the wps button and have pushed it. Followed instructions but no luck.

Reset everything again and it worked. Thanks for the help - and for putting up with me.
