Paramount + Activate

Hello everyone

We have the Blue TV L subscription with Swisscom, which means that Disney and Paramount are included. But if we want to watch something on Paramount we always have to register. Which we have already done a few times but without success. Because when we log in with a user and password, we always come back to the login mask in a different language. In addition, we received a request that we should take out a paid subscription to Paramount. Does anyone know this problem and know how to fix it?

I have no idea why you got the idea that Paramount+ would be included in the blue TV L, because that’s not the case at all.

By the way, here is an overview of the blue TV subscriptions, and Paramount+ is not even included in the blue TV XXL:

PS: By the way, Disney+ is not included in the blue TV L, but only as part of the new blue Binge package in the blue TV XXL

So I have the “Blue Super Max” and “Blue premium” subscription as a promo. As far as I know, there was already a subscription with XXL. But the whole thing has become completely confusing. In any case, Paramount and Disney are included in my subscription. What I don’t have is Netflix.

That’s correct, Paramount+ is included in the blue SuperMax package and the price of CHF 24.90/month is for the minimum contract period of 12 months:

Unfortunately, I don’t know whether there were any promos there before, and I can see that the clarity has suffered due to the 5 different blue TV subscription levels and many additional packages, some of which also overlap.

In the post by @Houwly_01 there was no mention of a SuperMax package, but rather the assumption that Paramount+ would already be included in blue TV L, which is definitely not the case.

So if someone really wants Paramount+, that means subscribing either as a standalone service or as part of the Supermax package in addition to a blue TV subscription.
