Glitching tv signal

We are constantly experiencing problems with a glitching reception watching tv through the Swisscom box. It makes viewing tv impossible. The screen keeps pausing. This happens with live tv and recorded tv. We have a new tv box 5 but it also happened with our old Swisscom tv box. Can anyone help 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@Beudayio88 Did you already make restart of the TV Box and the Internet Box, simply disconnect the TV and Internet box completely from the power supply for a few minutes.

Install a direct LAN cable between the router and TV box and everything will work perfectly

Thank you. But this is not possible as the router and tv box are in different rooms

I think it’s the download speed of my internet is the problem. Even though I pay for 120mbps, I only get 20
