Anyhow - looks like this issue exists in the old Webmail (according to your screenshots). Swisscom is currently migrating all customers to a new platform. If you would like to test if it also happens there, simply create a new (and free) Bluewin E-Mail light account.
If the problem does not appear on the new platform, it will automatically be solved once all of your customers are migrated to it.
