Yes, this email comes from MS O365. It is an internet portal. You can reset your password there.

It is always the same email with a reset URL. But sometimes (not always) we get this message from the Bluewin portal?

I would like to find out why this is happening, Or how can I find out why some of these emails don't arrive?

sc980 could give more information about this. because spam doesn't really help me.
