Domain name for the mailbox and mail clients supported

Dear Colleagues,

I am new with Bluewin service and ask for your kind advices 🙂

1. What is the domain name @xxxx.ch for the mailbox? Can it be masked somehow and differ from @Bluewin.ch?

2. Do you accept migration of my email, hosted in the other domain, to the newly created bluewin mailbox?

3. Do you accept forwarded messages from external mailboxes?

1. What is the @xxxx.ch domain name for the mailbox? Can it be masked somehow and differentiated from @Bluewin.ch?
No, for new addresses the domain is @bluewin.ch

2. Will you accept the migration of my email, hosted on the other domain, to the newly created bluewin mailbox?
Yes, this can be done manually from the other domain using an external mailbox (e.g. Thunderbird), or you can activate automatic and permanent transfer to @bluewin.ch

3. Do you accept messages transferred from external mailboxes?
Yes, activate the transfer from the external mailbox to the @bluewin.ch mailbox
