Within the past 10 days I began experiencing a problem with the Blue TV app on my Samsung frame. When the program (any program) I am watching gets to 6 minutes 40 seconds the show stops, whirling wheel appears and the program advances to 14 minutes 10 seconds. The issue can be resolved by "rewinding" the program to approximately 7 minutes. If you go back further than 6 minutes 40 seconds, the problem repeats itself. If you go to 7 minutes, you can resume watching the program. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing it, but the issue persists. This issue only occurs on Blue TV, not other streaming service. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.
