I have an email account @Bluewin, it works perfectly on my mobile but I can't add this account to my Mac. I tried to reset the password at Bluewin profile, it was successful but when I try to add this account to my Mac I get a communication that the user name/password is wrong. What to do?

Wuppeiffuch95 Did you set your password in MySwisscom? This can be done under "your products" -> "E-mail" -> E-mail information" (see image below), this must be used for all E-mail programms but Webmail. For the webmail you need to use the Swisscom login, same password as for MySwisscom.
