IB3 - factory reset

Hi there,

My IB3 has been giving me grief - it glitches out every other day and just randomly stops working. The power light stays on, but there's no LAN or Wi-Fi after that.

To get my internet back, I have to manually restart the router by switching it off and back on.

I'm considering a factory reset. Will I need to set up the IB3 to get online again after the reset?

Sieplugiol48 Normally a factory reset should not be a problem, but the best thing is to save the configuration of the IB3 before you do the factory reset. Better safe than sorry. How to do is described here:
