I received a charge on my monthly bill for "blue Security & Service S".

Can anyone explain what this is for? It is the first time I have received such a charge.

Did you somehow order this (maybe accidentially)? You can take a look in MySwisscom, when this was done.

I also reviewed a charge for blue Security & Service L for 35.- since July 2023. I didnt order anything accidentaly but customer support blamed it on me, bc it was clearly shown in the "Orders" section. Got Scamed for MULTIPLE 100.-. Swisscom eployees are free to put anything in a customers "Orders" list, doesnt mean the customer ordered it. This company used to have standards, now its just a sousage factory.
