Kioliprach72 my server told me that, and unfortunately the email I received informing me of this, and asking for a sum to join their support group, is the same as the one you suggest I should contact. so who's doing the hacking?

Who ist doing the hacking possibly you will see than. I for myself checked my address already for several times there. Via google you find a lot of info about this service.
