Internet Box 2 extension

I currently have an Internet Box 2 (Askey RTV1905VW) and need to extend my wifi range to the porch. Relocating the Internet box is not an option. Is the Internet Box 2 a “mesh” router? Will it work with a WLAN-Box2, or do I need to upgrade the Internet Box to Internet-Box 3 to get mesh coverage?
