@Bensmom1297 Normally the UHD Box is still useable, but of course it could be defective. But could you first try to reset (factory reset) the box. There should be small hole in the ground panel (newer boxes have at the rear panel). Inside this hole is a small switch that can be operated with a paper clip. This could help. If not, please unplug the router (Interbox) for about 10 or slightly more seconds, it should be completely currentless and the restart.
If this doesn't help, I would think about a replacement of this box, Maybe, when you call the Hotline 0800800800 they can give you a good offer 🙂 But first try reset it. A feedback would be appreciated.
