Youtube not working

Youtube not working over the Swisscom TV box. Any advice? Has been like this for a month or so.

@Jdark I have no problems with it. Ok, first please reset the box. There is a small hole in the rear panel or the bottom of the TV box (depending which box you have) Here you can poke it with a paper clip (there is a small switch inside). No worries,you won't lose anything.

If this doesn't help, please reset the router, same way with the paperclip.

reset the TV-box (via the paper clip 📎 ) and it works 😀

Have you already tried to reset your TV-Box as advised by our member?

FYI, there is a known bug concerning Youtube: if started immediately after switching on the TV box, the following message appears: Unfortunately, your TV signal was briefly interrupted. After the message appears, it automatically switches to live TV. Unfortunately, the resolution date is not known. In the meantime, please wait ten seconds after switching on the TV box before starting Youtube.
