smtp.swisscomdata.ch spf to use

Hi,

We are using the smtp.swisscomdata.ch as smtp relay for our on-prem exchange.

From time to time we are getting NDR indicating the mail is a spam.

Do you know what SPF should be used to make sure the swisscom relay server is authorized to send mails on our behalf?

it is very likely that the domain used is considered as a spammer by the Swisscom servers

perhaps too many messages exceeding an authorized limit

one way to avoid No Delivry Report messages is to contact the Swisscom Hotline directly

in order to clarify the situation and consider the domain as valid

The SPF standard is an email authentication protocol that allows your company to specify who is allowed to use your domain to send email. You can allow certain senders for mail providers in an SPF record published within the Domain Name System (DNS). This record includes the list of IP addresses that you trust and those of the providers.

We know where the problem lies.

The SMTP relay server Swisscom is using change from time to time.

Therefore we must have the correct SPF entry in the domain. Hence my precise question
