WLAN-Box 2

Hallo zusammen. Ich habe 2 WLAN-Boxen mit meiner IB2 gepaart. Nun wollte ich eine dritte WLAN-Box paaren, das funktioniert aber nicht. Wieviele WLAN-Boxen können mit der gleichen IB2 gepaart werden?

Interessant, ich bin im Augenblick auch am gleichen Problem: Wollte 3 WLAN2 Boxen pairen. 2 Stück funktionieren einwandfrei, die 3. will unbedingt nicht.

Wenn ich statt der WLAN BOX2 die alte WLAN BOX1 paire, dann geht es problemlos.

Lösche auf dem Router die alte Pairung, bei denn Geräten. Dann versuche es noch mal mit der WLAN Box 2.

Ich hatte 3 WLAN Boxen der 1. Generation. Habe alle 3 alten Geräte gelöscht, dann 1. Gerät angemeldet. Problemlos. 2. Gerät geht auch, aber das 3. Gerät lässt sich nicht pairen. Wenn ich wieder ein Gerät der 1. Generation zusätzlich anmelde, dann geht es einwandfrei (also 2 x 2. Generation und 1 x 1. Generation). Einfach 2 bestehende 2. Generationen und dann noch ein zusätzliches 2. Generation lässt sich nicht mehr pairen.

Hab bereits ein Ersatzgerät für die 2. Generation heute bekommen. Geht auch nicht, bekomme nochmals ein 2. Generation per Post geschickt, dann schauen wir morgen. 3 neue Geräte defekt ist praktisch nicht möglich....

Hi all

any WB1 or WB2 that is currently in use or that was previously paired would count in the total and this total cannot exceed 4. So when you have an old WB (1 or 2) that you don't use anymore, you must unpair it. To achieve this, you have 2 options:

- with a computer: open the Internet Box webUI (192.168.1.1 in a browser) then select Expert mode, click Diagnostics and select each greyed WLAN Box, finally click "unpair"

- using the Swisscom Home app on a smartphone: select Internet at the bottom and then WLAN Box. Click on each inactive WLAN Box and unpair it (button at the bottom).
Once this is done you should have less than 4 WB in total and you can pair a new one.

HomeApp sees the following:

2 x WIFI2, connected to IB3 (WIFI-BUERO & WIFI-EG)

1 x WIFI1, connected to IB3 (WLAN-Box)

1 x WIFI2, connected (WIFI-UG), but sees "Settings not syncronized". I login with admin/1234 (since it's not syncronized with the IB3 Passwort, I can only connect to admin/1234), it's listed in my IB3, but I have no way to sync with IB3

Home App:

2 x WIFI2 (WIFI-BUERO & WIFI-EG)

1 x WIFI1 (this is WLAN-Box)

but not the 3rd WIFI2....

Ja da besteht offensichtlich ein Problem mit dem pairen von mehreren WLAN-Boxen. Spielt es evtl. eine Rolle, ob das pairen über Kabel oder Funk erfolgt? Was meint da WalterB zu diesem Problem?

Egal, ob ich über WLAN oder LAN paire, das 3. Stück (aber nur mit WLANBOX2) lässt sich nicht pairen. Wenn ich das 3. Stück wegnehme und dann als dritte WLAN Box aber die WLAN Box mit der 1. Generation paire, dann geht es....

Zur Info: @AntoineBD hat geholfen, in dem er die Einstellungen meiner IB3/Die 3. WLAN BOX2 "aufgeräumt" hat. Es geht leider nur so. Swisscom Support hat manchmal Zugang auf die Hardware, die wir als User/Support nicht haben!

Nun habe ich die div. Ratschläge befolgt, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Mit der IB2 kann ich 2 WLAN-Boxen pairen, eine WLAN-Box und eine WLAN-Box 2. Die dritte WLAN-Box kann ich nicht pairen, weder über LAN noch WLAN.

Bevor ich nun eine weitere WLAN-Box kaufe möchte ich von Swisscom wissen wie das Problem gelöst werden kann.

Nun warte ich auf eine Antwort von Swisscom.

please send me the Mac adresses of the WLAN boxes you want to keep in your setup. You can find this on the label of the WB. So I can clean the WLAN boxes you don't use anymore.
