Telephone Firmware Update

I have a Swisscom HD Telephone Zermatt and I am a Swisscom Fixed Network customer. The phone indicates there is a new Firmware update (currently vH029). I click OK to install the update, but the progress bar is stuck at about 1/3. It has been this way for weeks. Any suggestions?

Is the last firmware installed now?

The update takes about 20 minutes to complete.

If the bar continues to stuck, you can force the update manually.

Go in the Menu > Settings > Advanced settings > Device info > Update
