This is the same problem I have encountered. There is a Samsung Visual voicemail but they only allow certain phones to use it. The cheaper Samsung A series phones have it preloaded. Yet the Note 10 plus that cost 3 times the money doesn't have access to this app. Its on the Galaxy app store but not allowed for Note 10 buyers. Punished for having the unlocked version. Samsung blames the carrier yet they are choosing not to share with all Samsung users.
I'm in the U.S. on T-Mobile, and just switched from an iphone 7 to a Galaxy S20. I really like the phone, however, why is there no integrated dialer visual voicemail like with the iphone? T-Mobile says I can only use their visual voicemail app. Is there a way to avoid having to use a separate app to get visual voicemail?
The visual voicemail has to be an app for android I dont know if any android has VVM button on dialer. You can't activate android phone without gmail it has to be there for android and you can choose whatever emailing app you want samsung can't control on 3rd party app features. For advance message you can always use Google Messages app for Advance messaging app to all android devices.
