Intermittent Internet outages in Nidau

Hello,

For the past week I have been having increasingly more frequent losses of internet connectivity, even when the DSL sync light of the modem is on. The downtime ranges from 1 minute to 30 minutes.

It’s at the point now where the connection drops every ferw minutes. Working from home this is catastrophic…

Anyone have similar problems?

hi,

if the dsl light stills green, it can be a problem between the technologie used to connects your router and your computer.

do you use ethernet, wireless, pwlan…

I use ethernet.

Not the first time, I received no reply to an email I sent to Swisscom but the problem stopped later that same day…!
