webmail on my i-phone, receiving e-mails ok but problem sending e-mails

From a bluewin mobile appliance account set up:

Incoming mails are received OK, BUT outgoing mails cannot be sent. The message reads:

''Die Berbindung zum Server für ausgehende E-Mails -mail.bluewin.ch- ist fehlbeschlagen (…)

Can anyone help me with this please?
