Why don't UHD channels show on the Swisscom UHD box?

Hi,

I’ve received a UHD box, and it seems to be compatible with my TV. In the online channel setup. I see some UHD channels (see image) but if I add them to my channel list, the box does not display them. Is there any other step I need to undertake to make them appear?

Hi @stewart

You can’t see these channels on the TV because there is no signal for the moment. As soon as the signal is available, they will appear on your box.
