Can anyone help me with resolving ongoing issues I have with swisscom.
Since we installed internet and TV at our house we have paid over 700 francs in installation charges and then the monthly bills for the service. We started this subscription 3 months ago but we have not had reliable internet since then.
After sending out three technicians and 6 (approx.) calls to their customer service/technical support no one has been able to resolve this problem. Every time they have sent a technician out we have been given a different reason for the problems, then when leaving they have told us that everything was resolved but the problems of the line dropping out started again within 24 hours everytime.
It seems that whenever i call teh technical team their only solution is to send another technician but they are unwilling to discuss the actual problem and what may be causing it. Then when I have asked to speak to someone in customer service there is apparantly no-one at swisscom who works in customer service and there are also no supervisors who work in the swisscom call centers.... perhaps this is normal but I have NEVER experienced customers service like this, can you tell me if it is normal?
My next question is does anyone know how to make a complaint to swisscom or do they try and make it so complicated that you don't bother?
Finally how do I cancel a swisscom contract and go to cablecom in the easiest way possible?
